The Upper Crust is fast becoming the standard against which all other Boston pizzas are measured. With fresh specialty ingredients like arugala, eggplant, and artichoke hearts; fresh spices like basil and garlic, and specialty cheeses like asiago, ricotta, and gorgonzola, Jordan Tobins little pet project of 2001 has quickly turned into a small empire. Their signature traditional Neapolitan-style pizza (thin crust with a chunky sauce) has tongue's wagging at the mere mention of it.
