Street Performer's Festival at Quincy Market

Admittedly a tourist trap, Quincy Market can still bring delight to the most seasoned of Bostonians whenever the Street Performers' Festival is going on. Watch a man juggle while he balances a shopping cart on his chin, or juggle knives while standing on another man's head, hear songs and musical performances from local talent, or get a fortune from a statue artist--all these things and more await you and your next great date, especially if you want to see something you've never seen before! This festival is held during Memorial Day weekend, and previews the talent that will be featured at the Market from March through October. A great idea for a date with a fun side, you'll definitely have lots of stories to laugh about over dinner later on that day. Best of all--the street performers are FREE, though donations are greatly appreciated! Don't forget, these talented folks live and work off of the generosity that you show them!
